Ingredients
[edit | edit source]- ¾ fresh human placenta
- 1 potato, diced
- 4 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 3 celery, chopped
- 1 zucchini (courgette), chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon powdered paprika
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 6–8 coriander seeds
- Oil
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Roll the placenta in a mix of the flour, salt, paprika, clove, pepper, and 6-8 coriander seeds.
- Sauté the placenta in 2 tablespoons oil, then add the vegetables and about 1 litre of water.
- Allow to boil, and then let simmer for an hour.

[edit | edit source]- As with any meat from uncontrolled sources (such as hunting or scavenging) people should be cautious of risks involved. Certain blood borne diseases can live in blood and tissue outside the body for some time. Be sure that sensible precautions have been taken.
