Description The motherboard for an Atari Lynx, a handheld gaming console released in 1989. This is the motherboard for the first Lynx model as seen from above. The LCD screen has been flipped up and the florescent tube that serves as the backlight can be seen. This backlight was very energy inefficient and drew over half of the total power of the Lynx.
