| Description |
English: Beginning a chain. This method uses the hook to easily create the opening loop knot. Take the beginning of the yarn and bring it over the hook from the side away to the side closest to you. Then bring the yarn around the beginning yarn and from the other side, yarn over. Then bring the yarn over into the loop. |
