There are four on the right side, including the pączki closest to the viewer, that rose noticeably more than the others. The paler ones are from the first time I rolled out the dough, the ones that rose more came from dough that I bunched up together in my hands and squished together first. I suspect it was my body heat that got them warmer and made them rise more, but it could be any number of factors.
