Deutsch: In der Ebene ist ein Koordinatensystem und die Gerade G, die durch (1,1) verläuft, gezeichnet. Die zwei Vektoren v und w sind in blau bzw. in orange gezeichnet. Sie werden auf die Gerade G projeziert. Die resultierenden Vektoren heißen P(v) bzw. P(w) und sind in blau bzw. in orange eingezeichnet.
English: A coordinate system and the straight line G passing through (1,1) are drawn in the plane. The two vectors v and w are drawn in blue and orange, respectively. They are projected onto the straight line G. The resulting vectors are called P(v) and P(w) and are drawn in blue and orange, respectively.
