Español: Anoche hice esta salsa muy famosa en México y muy sencilla de hacer. Ingredientes: 4 jitomates, 10 chiles de árbol, 1 diente de ajo (opcional: cebolla y cilantro, yo no le puse).
1. Asa los tomates (fuego alto) en un comal hasta que toda su piel ennegrezca (10min)
2. Dora los chiles en aceite caliente (cuidado que se queman muy rápido, 20 segs. máx.)
3. «Martaja» (muele) uno por uno todos los ingredientes en el molcajete en este orden: ajo con la sal, chiles y finalmente jitomates.
4. ¡Sirve con totopos y disfruta de tu botana!

English: Last night I made this sauce very famous in Mexico and very easy to make. Ingredients: 4 tomatoes, 10 chiles de arbol, 1 clove of garlic (optional: onion and coriander, I did not add it).
1. Roast the tomatoes (high heat) on a 'comal' until all their skin turns black (10min)
2. Brown the chilies in hot oil (be careful they burn very quickly, 20 sec. Max.)
3. "Martaja" (grind) one by one all the ingredients in the molcajete in this order: garlic with salt, chilies and finally tomatoes.
4. Serve with tortilla chips (totopos/nachos) and enjoy your snack!
