This is list of sites that copy content of Wikibooks.

License

Wikipedia's license, the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) requires that any derivative of works from Wikibooks must be released under that same license, must state that it is released under that license, and must acknowledge the main authors (which some claim can be accomplished with a link back to that article on Wikibooks). This does not apply to material that was released into the public domain, to material whose authors have given permission, and to use that can be defended as fair use.

The web sites listed on the "compliance" pages below use content original to Wikibooks as a source for at least some of their content. Wikibooks itself are not included.

Non-compliance process

If you see a site that uses Wikibooks content improperly, report it here.

Next step is to send standard GFDL violation letter to the page author. Remember to add entry to meta:Non-compliant site coordination.

See their copy of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for example. Also some Wikipedia dumping. I left a message regarding this, and hopefully they'll clear it up soon. Garrett^Talk 05:00, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
