Addition and Subtraction with Decimals
[edit | edit source]Adding and subtracting decimals is quite similar to when we do the same to whole numbers. All that changes now is that we have digits following a decimal point.
Multiplication with Decimals

- Find the reciprocal of the second
- Multiply the two new fractions.
Converting between Fractions and Decimals
[edit | edit source]While fractions and decimals both essentially represent the same thing, one may be better suited for a problem than the other.
