[edit | edit source](wine liqueur) this is an aperitif, from the Cognac region in France, whereby unfermented Grape Juice is added to a base of Cognac. There is a white (blanc) and a rose (rouge). Both are delicious served ice cold, like a chilled vermouth or Dubonnet.
