Mead
[edit | edit source]Mead (IPA:ˈmiːd) is an alcoholic beverage produced from fermented honey. Its strength can vary, but most commercial mead varieties have a similar alcohol percentage to wines. It tends to be quite sweet, with an obvious honey flavour.
