CAT-Tools/TM-database

TM-database is green CAT tool, with all the most common features, seen in other CAT tools. TM-database supports Unicode and can work with a language pair without the need of external components, like .NET Framework, Java Virtual Machine or any Runtime/Redistributable modules, commonly required by other translation memory software. TM-database supports TMX import and export, and can build a translation memory from any bilingual files.

TM-database was designed for freelance translators, who would not invest into more expensive CAT-Tools.
