Circuit idea: Emulate actual elements by dynamic voltage sources having the same behavior.
The problem: to convert a capacitor into an inductor

Inductors are bulky, heavy and expensive; they cannot be miniaturized. So, it would be extremely useful if we manage to replace them by capacitors. The problem is to convert a capacitor into an inductor.
