Beer batter is a mixture used to coat various food items before deep-frying. Foods that can be beer-battered and fried include onion rings, fish, shrimp, chicken, and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients

- ⅓ teaspoon garlic salt

- 8 ounces (225 ml) beer
Procedure
