Ingredients
[edit | edit source]- ½ pound bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 32 ounces canned pork and beans
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Brown bacon, ground chuck, and onion.
- Stir in remaining ingredients in order; mix well in between each addition.
- Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes, or until thickened.
