Cirdingis (pronounced as "jirdingish") is a traditional Chechen meal consisting of dumplings and meat served with accompanying sauces. It may also be called "galnish".

1. Make a "crater" in the middle of flour

3. Mix with hands to form a dough

4. Knead dough well until smooth

5. Add more flour if dough is too sticky

6. The finished dough should be smooth and not too sticky

7. Sprinkle work surface with flour

8. Cut dough into several pieces

9. Sprinkle a dish with flour

10. Place the dough pieces on the floured dish

11. Take a piece of dough and roll into a long rope

12. Flatten the dough rope slightly
