Ingredients

- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 7 ounces (198 g) marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Place butter, sour cream, and sugar into a saucepan. Put the saucepan on a stove and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract, marshmallow creme, and white chocolate chips.
- Using a mixing spoon, stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Fold in the walnuts and cranberries.
- Pour the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- Put the pan into the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour.
- Unmold and cut into 1-inch pieces.
