Dandahu is a Nigerian dish common among the Kanuri tribe. It is easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- Beans
- Groundnuts
- Okra
- Meat
- Maggi cube
- Salt to taste
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Rinse meat, dandahu, and okra, then boil in water for a few minutes.
- Add beans, groundnut, maggi cube, and salt to taste.
- Cook for few minutes.
