Dough cutter

A dough cutter, also known as a bench scraper or pastry scraper, is a versatile baking tool used for cutting, lifting, and manipulating dough. With a broad, flat, and usually rectangular metal blade and a handle across the top, it allows bakers to easily divide dough into portions, scrape excess flour or dough from work surfaces, and transfer dough pieces without deformation.

These cutters come in a few different materials, including stainless steel, plastic, and wood. Some even have little measurements on the blade to help you get uniform pieces of dough.
