Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- Sugar
- 3 eggs
- 10 pastry dough wrappers
- Vegetable oil
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Wash and soak dried lily bulbs for 1 hour. Discard water.
- Place bulbs in saucepan with 1 cup water, and cook until soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar until it dissolves. Let cool.
- Once cooled, beat in eggs.
- Fill pastry dough wrappers with the mixture.
- Fry pastries in hot oil until golden brown all over.
