Kwado, also called coldmeal, is a Nigerian meal consumed primarily by students in boarding houses.[1] It is prepared without cooking, hence the name 'coldmeal'.
Ingredients

- Onions, sliced and rinsed
- 2 cups garri (cassava flour)
- 1 kuli kuli, ground
- Salt to taste
- Dry pepper to taste
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Mash the smoked fish in a bowl.
- Add the garri, ground kuli kuli, sliced onions, salt, and dry pepper.
- Stir the ingredients together and serve.
Notes, tips, and variations
