Mandoca is a Venezuelan snack of deep-fried breaded pepper. It originated at the snack bar in the Ford factory in Pedernales during the 1990s. The simple snack can be made with any types of peppers, although authenic mandocas use banana peppers.

- Deep fry for about 2 minutes.
