Mexican Seasoning is sometimes just chili powder, though many variations on this theme exist. Make your own mixture ahead of time and store in a small shaker for easy use.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1–2 teaspoons cumin (seed or powder)
- 1 teaspoon or more garlic
- 1 teaspoon or more of the following:
- Mexican oregano
- Basil
- Coriander
- Onion (powder or granulated)
- Cinnamon
- Crushed red pepper
- Black pepper
