Ingredients

- 3 tbsp mesquite honey
- ¼ tsp liquid mesquite smoke
- ¼ cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 1 habanero chile, puréed until smooth
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp freshly-ground black pepper
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Combine all ingredients in an 8-ounce mason jar. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.
