Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- ⅔ cup (160 ml) milk
- 1 pinch of salt
Filling
[edit | edit source]- 2 cups (480 ml) chopped fruit or whole berries of your choice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup (120 ml) granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp orange juice
Garnish

[edit | edit source]- Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl to make a batter.
- Strain the batter to get rid of any lumps, then chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Brush a 12 inch (30 cm) frying pan with butter. Ladle batter onto pan as if making crepes, leaving space for spreading.
- Cook for 1 minute on each side.
