Pandan (Pandanus amaryllifolius) is a tropical plant whose leaves are used in South and Southeast Asian cuisine. It contributes both flavor and green color to foods. The leaves can be found fresh, frozen, or dried. Pandan pastes, extracts, and powders also exist.
