This dish contains pasta and chopped hot dogs, baked in an oven. If fresh pasta is used for this recipe, the amount of pasta must be doubled.
Ingredients
[edit | edit source]- 200 g pasta (can be reduced)
- 300 g hot dogs, chopped
- 1 leek, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 350 g maize corn (optional)
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl milk
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Boil and drain the pasta according to directions on package.
- Combine pasta, hot dogs, red pepper, and maize corn in a baking dish.
- Whisk the eggs and milk together, and season as needed with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the dry ingredients, and bake everything together in a 200–225°C oven for 25–35 minutes.
