This is a basic recipe for Balsamic vinaigrette.
Ingredients

- 1 cup (250 ml/8.5 US fl oz) Italian olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- A few grinds black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
