Ingredients

- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 2 pinches salt
- 3–4 eggs
- ½ small onion, chopped
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and add oil.
- Add tomato and cucumber to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt.
- Beat the eggs with the onion and additional salt if desired. Transfer mixture to the pan.
- Cook eggs and vegetables, turning every 30 seconds until cooked to taste.
- Serve.
