Chocolate fudge is a simple, sugary treat intended to be picked up and eaten at room temperature or refrigerated.

- 2 feet of wax paper or aluminum foil (optional)
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate chips. Failing to use a double boiler will result in burned chocolate.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until mixed.
- Pour into a lined baking dish, bowl, or other mold. Expect it to stick if you don't use wax paper or foil.
- Let cool for several hours.
