Ingredients

- 2 fish fillets
- 5 tbsp yogurt
- 2 medium-size onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp minced green chile
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp tamarind paste
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Shallow fry the fish on one side, then transfer it to a pan fried-side down.
- Combine yogurt, onions, coriander leaves, green chile, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and tamarind paste.
- Spread the yogurt mixture over the fish. Bake until golden.
- Serve with chapatis.
