Suya Noodles is a Nigerian fast food that is made with the combination of grilled meat and noodles.

Equipment

- cooking gas
- pan
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- First grill your meat with the griller and dices them into smaller pieces. Keep aside
- Boil water in a medium pot for 5 minutes.
- Add Noodles to parboil it , then take out to filter the water
- After few minutes add oil in the pan add your noodles, grilled Suya, egg and mix together
- And your Suya Noodles is ready.
- you can add vegetables and chicken to spice up your Meal.
