Folksprak is the result of phonetical evolution, that a Protogermanic vocabulary might undergo. These phonetical evolutions are based on the actual evolutions of real modern Germanic languages and will be represented by so-called meta letters (see Folksprak/_Grammar/_Phonology). The connection to the modern Germanic languages should make the modern Germanic languages less separated from each other, respectively should give the learner of Folksprak an easier approach to Germanic languages in general. For this purpose, the vocabulary of modern Germanic languages may be represented using meta syntax.
