A decisive question (asking for a "yes" or "no") begins with the verb.

  • Komm du? (Do you come?)


Other kinds of question sentences, that use an asking pronoun, begin with that pronoun, and the verb is put in the second place.

  • Wen komm du? (When do you come?)
