GLPK/Mac OS X packages

Users are referred to MacPorts.

Be aware that if you use one of the GLPK language bindings, then the MacPort GLPK version might be out of step with the language binding version. In the fortunate case that the API for both versions remains the same, then this should work. Otherwise you will need to resolve the misalignment somehow.
