Goats/Wethering

Wethering is the castration of male goats that are to be used for meat, companionship, or brush control. It can be done by banding, crimping, or surgical extraction.

Wethers can make good companions for either bucks or does, are feminine in appearance, and tend to accept the lowest place in the social hierarchy.
