Artemis (identified as Diana in Roman mythology) was the 'Lady of the Wild Things' and 'Huntsman-in-chief to the gods'. She was the daughter of Zeus and Leto. She is the sister of Apollo, and they were both born on the island Delos. They both are associated with the bow. Although Artemis is associated with the Silver Bow, and Apollo, the Curved Bow. Artemis is one of three people immune to Aphrodite's enchantments. She has a special friendly mutual relationship with all the mortals. She walks around all the time in her silver sandals giving special divine protection to the animals, especially the very young. She also loves to ride in the sky on her silver chariot shooting her silver moonlight arrows upon the world.
