  • dynamic switching between various tiling or stacking layouts including spiral
  • Full control via the mouse or keyboard via a user interface callback system
  • Window decorations include borders and titlebar
  • titlebars have an icon and minimize, maximize and close buttons
  • Narrow 1 pixel wide borders
  • Written in C
  • Support for multiscreens via xinerama
  • Desktop bar provides status information and support for customized widgets
