Handbook of Management Scales/Ease of use
Appearance
Ease of use (alpha = 0.937)
[edit | edit source]Description
[edit | edit source]Nearly all prior studies on the technology acceptance model (TAM) have used Likert scales to measure the model’s constructs. In the research a semantic differential scale was developed for the TAM components usefulness and ease of use. The results confirm that the constructs that are measured by the semantic differential scale are psychometrically equivalent to those that are measured by the Likert scales. The relationship among these constructs was unchanged, providing strong evidence for nomological validity.
Definition
