[edit | edit source]Four dimensions of organizational justice were measured with a scale developed and validated by Colquitt (2001): procedural, distributive, interpersonal, and informational justice. The scale ranged from 1 (to a very small extent) to 5 (to a very large extent).
Definition
[edit | edit source]Organizational justice refers to perceptions of fairness in decision-making and resource allocation environments.
Informational justice reflects the degree of justification and truthfulness offered during procedures.
