Task cohesion

[edit | edit source]

Description

[edit | edit source]

Task cohesion was measured with two items taken from Zaccaro (1991).

Items

[edit | edit source]
  • I like belonging to my group because of the activities I participate in.
  • I do not like what I do as a member of my group (reverse coded).

As only two items were measured, additional items should be added in future studies.
