David: Hi, Miriam!
Miriam: Hi, David. This is my friend, Sarah.
David: Hi, Sarah.
Sarah: Shalom.
Miriam: Sarah is from the United States.
Sarah: Do you speak English? I only speak a little Hebrew.
David: You speak Hebrew well.
