Feminine vs. Masculine form for numbers
[edit | edit source]In addition to adjectives, Hebrew numbers are also gendered. Generally, you use the feminine form for counting feminine nouns, and the masculine form for counting masculine nouns. However, when you aren't counting anything in particular, default to the feminine form, as well as when in colloquial conversation.
