[edit | edit source]The Colorvision was launched in 1984 and sold under multiple brands.[1][2]
The Colorivsion was discontinued in 1985.[3]
Technology
[edit | edit source]The Romtec Colorvision uses 2 C type batteries and game cartridges containing an LCD screen.[1][4] The game cartridges contain no software, but simply indicate which games built into the console should run.[1]
The integrated circuit on the motherboard is epoxied.[1]
