[edit | edit source]The VTech Variety was released in 1983.[1] Little more is known about the history of the console.
Technology
[edit | edit source]The CPU and LCD for the System is located on the cartridge.[1][2][3]
Notable games
[edit | edit source]At least six games were released for the VTech Variety.[1] Some game cartridges had dual layer LCDs to contain two games in one package, increasing portability.[1]
