Henry Freeman Coffey was a prominent ships wireless operator, coastal radio operator, amateur operator, amateur broadcaster and amateur club participant in the late 1900s and early 1930s. His station callsign was 4KY (4=Queensland, K=?, Y=?) and he operated from Brisbane (Doomben), Queensland, inter alia.
