Using a Pocket PC in mathematics is like having a calculator, graphing calculator, word processor, and spreadsheet program all in one. (Sometimes the Pocket PCs contain even more programs than that.) Teachers are beginning to use Pocket PCs in the classroom to help manage information and complete work. Pocket PC's are excellent for on the spot grading observations in the classroom. A variety of grade programs are available for pocket pcs Students can graph on a pocket PC in multiple colors (different from the graphing calculator). Certain mathematics programs for the Pocket PC contain glossaries of mathematical terminolgy.

- Variable word size from 1 to 64 bits
- One's complement, Two's complement, and Unsigned integer modes
- Hexadecimal, Decimal, Octal, and Binary display formats
- Arithmetic and bit manipulation functions:

Floating-Point Decimal functions:
