Palestine

- All stamps are inscribed “PALESTINE” in the frank.
- For stamps after 1949 see ISRAEL and PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY.

- 1. Universal "Midget" (FV-3/5), 1929. [Very scarce]
- Small upright frank with country name in curved ribbon at top.
- “MILS” below value figures.
- Five meters used, A1 through A5.
- TM: DC, with thick arc at bottom
- Values: 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 13, 20

- 2. Neopost (LV-6), 1929.
- Very similar to Type 1 but spacing between TM and frank is narrower.
- The value figure is smaller than with type 1.
- M# with “B” prefix, B1 through B24 known.

- Values: 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 15, 20, 24, 25

- 3. Francotyp “C” machine distributed by Universal (MV), 1932.
- Frank is larger than Types 1 and 2, and the spacing between the town mark and frank is much wider.
- Four-digit transaction counting number is high between the town mark and frank.
- M#s A6, A7 and A8.
- A. Large TM with small date figures with Arabic month
- B. Smaller TM with larger date figures with Roman month (not shown) [Uncommon]
