Uzbekistan
[edit | edit source]- The country was a region of the former Soviet Union and became an independent country in 1991.
- Meter stamps with former Soviet Union markings (“CCCP”, hammer and sickle logo, etc) were used after 1991.
- Meter stamps marked Uzbekisan have not yet been seen by us or reported although they probably exist.
