Source/subject is suffixed with は then recipient of message/thing suffixed with に object most often followed with を finally the verb (any form e.g., present, past, future, past-participle, future-participle) 貸します.
私は友達に車を貸しました
I lent my (the) car to a friend.
subject は followed by 'もう=mou' proceeding a past-form of a verb means already. This phonetic 'mou' is the same sound in a similar gramatical structure that, although easy to understand when read in a textbook, is difficult to apply for non-Native Speaker, making its use humorously-confusing.
子供はもう寝ました。
The kid is already asleep (has already gone to sleep).

Place + Object + が + ある（いる）
部屋に犬がいます
There are dog in the house(いる for live object like animal, human.ある for non-live object like table)
