Klingon/Grammar/Questions
One demarcates questions in Klingon either by using the suffix 'a' or any of various "question words" (analagous to who, when, where, etc.).
Vocabulary
[edit | edit source]Da- prefix: Subject you object it, he, or she

[edit | edit source]One uses this Type 9 verb suffix to ask about whether the subject of the sentence does the action to which 'a' is appended.
Example:
Dalegh'a'
Do you see it?
